The service

EatRai is a free tool that shows nearby restaurants and lets you swipe to shortlist them. It’s provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. We may change or discontinue it at any time.

Restaurant information

Listings, ratings, prices, opening hours, and photos come from the Google Places API and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always confirm details (especially opening hours and prices) with the venue before you go. We are not affiliated with, and not responsible for, any restaurant shown.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, automate, overload, or attempt to disrupt the app or its API; don’t use it for anything unlawful; don’t misrepresent the app as your own.

Ads and links

The app displays ads via Google AdSense and links to third-party sites such as Google Maps. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party content, products, or policies. The “Support the developer” page shows a PromptPay QR for voluntary donations; donating gives you no rights or benefits in the app.

Intellectual property

The EatRai name, design, and code are ours. Restaurant data and Google Maps content belong to Google and its sources.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on the information it shows. The app is free; you use it at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
